This sleepiness test is simply a list of eight common situations; the patient is to rate their likelihood of dozing off in each one, on a scale of 0 to 3. These are tallied; the final score is considered an estimate of the patient’s usual level of daytime sleepiness. A high score indicates a possible need for medical attention for a sleep disorder.
Rate your likelihood of actually dozing off in each of the situations, not just feeling tired. This will help us help you.
